Mawe
Ninga Camp is located in the
mid to northwest section of
Tarangire with grand views out
over the woodland, wide view
of Lake Burungi to the west,
and a distant view of Lake Manyara.
This section of the park is
known for some of the best game
viewing in Tanzania during the
dry season.
The permanent tented camp consists
of 12 individual tents.
Two are honeymoon suites and
are slightly more secluded and
are perched for a wider view.
The
completely sealable tents rest
on wooden floors and are under
thatched roofs. They are
built on and between large rock
formations for extra privacy
and a more secure feeling.
The en-suite bathroom facilities consist
of a chemical toilet and a bladder shower.
In front of each tent is your own private
wooden veranda complete with two deck
chairs and a small table.
