CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of
cancellations, the following charges
will apply.
35 – 21 days prior
to travel date: 35%
20 – 14 days prior
to travel date: 50%
13 – 03 days prior
to travel date: 80%
02 – No show:
100%
The percentage rate
refers to the total tour cost.
DEPOSITS
A 50%
deposit is payable at the time of
booking and the balance must be paid
at least 35 days before the start of
the tour.
TRANSPORTATION
Safari transport in
a 4WD Land Cruiser; the Company
reserves the right to employ the
services of sub-contractors.
ACCOMMODATION
This is based on two persons sharing a twin room / lodge / camp. Where possible, rooms with private bathroom are provided; single rooms are available at an additional cost but cannot be guaranteed. The hotels / lodge / camps are an indication of the kind of accommodation to be expected, however rooms may be reserved in similar hotels / lodge / camps in the event of any unforeseen changes.
Where the requested
accommodation is not available, the
company reserves the right to book
alternative lodge/hotel of equal
standard.
ALTERATION TO TOURS
Whilst every
effort is made to adhere to
itineraries advised to clients, the
Company reserves the right to change
any route or arrangements should
conditions necessitate, and to offer
substitutes of equal value.
SPECIAL
REQUEST
Any special
request (e.g. special rooms, diet
etc.) must be notified when the
booking is made. Whilst the supplier
will endeavour to meet such requests,
they cannot be guaranteed and any
failure to comply will not be a breach
of contract.
FORCE MAJEURE
No party hereto
shall be considered in the default of
its obligations herein if the
performance thereof is prevented or
delayed because of war, hostilities,
mutiny, rebellion, revolution, civil
commotion, terrorism, labour
conflicts, contiguous diseases,
accidents, fire, strong winds, floods,
earthquake or because of any law,
order, proclamation, regulation or
ordinance of the government of
subdivision thereof, or because of
other reason beyond the reasonable
control of the party effected,
PROVIDED that the notice in writing of
the occurrence of such event, and its
effect on the party’s ability to
perform its obligation is given within
the shortest possible period. As
soon as the cause of the force majeure
has been removed the party affected by
such cause shall notify the other
party. Should one or both parties
hereto to be prevented from fulfilling
its obligations by the state of force
of majeure lasting more than six
months, the party shall consult each
other and determine the future
performance of this agreement. None of
the parties have the right to claim
any damage from the other party
because of the occurrence of force
majeure.
OUR LEADER
For every 15 paying clients Antelope Safaris will grant 1 FOC for the tour a tour leader. This applies for tours, transfers and meals occurred in all-day tours only. For accommodation, a FOC half twin will be granted for every 15 paying clients. Meals are excluded.
All expenditures involve an element of risk and members of any expedition must accept this risk as the company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to baggage, personal effects, valuables or money. It is therefore, advisable to take an insurance cover for personal effects, accidents and medical expenses. We will be happy to arrange this for you upon request.
